SALARY AND INCENTIVE (CND $)

$1200/Rs. 65.000 Per Month
$10/Rs. 600 per placement paid quarterly

KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS

250 candidate reach outs per week (phone, email, text)
$10/Rs. 600 per placement paid quarterly

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on active and passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of roles. The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with onshore recruiters to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness. The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, locating, and evaluating potential candidates for customer requirements.

This includes overall responsibly for:

Achieving activity metrics consistently with established expectations
Job posting, resume mining, pre-screen interviewing
Ensure pool of candidates are ready for deployment

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Build and manage candidate pipeline to improve order fulfilment response.
Work with onshore recruiter to serve customer needs
Job advertising
Resume mining.
Pre-screening Interviews.
Redeployment Management
Cascade job opportunities to pre-screened candidates in database
Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database
Attend customer and staffing meetings on a regular basis to listen and provide feedback to improve performance.

Update candidate profiles, for example: availability, skills, address, contact information, etc.
Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
Stay engaged with candidate pool – keep pool warm for ready to work candidates.
Responding to candidate inquiries promptly
Connect with passive and active candidates in talent pool to keep them engaged
Work with various recruiting tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. to source candidates

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in recruiting and sourcing is an asset.
Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and things to determine courses of action
Ability to produce results and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities.
Command of the English language (oral and written)
Technical skills – able to navigate and operate various software programs such as Bullhorn and job board platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational Skills
Reliable Wi-Fi/High Speed Internet
